# Brand stories that pave the way

Waterway needed to tell its story to the people who decide whether a new wash gets built: developers, municipalities, banks, and new vendors. I made the video that makes that case.

The challenge

## New markets start with trust.

Waterway wanted to grow into new markets. Before a single site gets built, the people deciding are city officials and developers, and they need to know who they’re saying yes to.

What I did

## A story made for decision-makers.

- Traveled to Waterway's location for a full-day shoot: key stakeholder interviews and b-roll, built around the questions a developer audience actually asks.
- Cut one comprehensive brand story video, 6–10 minutes, that goes deep on the highlights that matter to developers — the customer journey, the company culture, and the rest of the story behind the wash. Ultimately, this was the only video created for the project.

The right story, told to the right room, opens doors a pitch deck can't.
