Qual Chem's story is best told by the operators whose washes run on it. I went to their customers' sites and captured the proof: interviews, b-roll, drone footage, and product video, cut into stories that attract new customers and give existing ones another reason to stay.

## A Customer-First Content Plan to Drive Interest and Showcase Product Lines

What I did

- My team and I traveled to Qual Chem customer locations for content capture visits: customer interviews and b-roll, drone footage of the site, and product video of independent applications, plus photography of products in action.
- Cut customer success stories, social reels, and updated trade show booth videos from each visit, plus a testimonial compilation across multiple visits.
